Goal
To release a new user-friendly version of the personal account (PA) for B2B bank clients.

Tasks
  • Conduct a UX audit of the existing PA version, including in-depth interviews and usability testing with current, former, and potential B2B bank users.
  • Based on the UX audit results, initiate a PA redesign.
  • Test a prototype of the new PA version and develop recommendations for the product team.

Solution
Perform a full cycle of research, from UX audit to the new PA version, considering the results of all previous research iterations.

Results for the Client
  • Identified issues with the current PA version and overall bank-user communication.
  • Prepared new PA versions based on the identified problems, selecting the most user-friendly, simple, and intuitive one.
